Central Kitchen strives to shape Northern Californian cuisine and embrace the wines that enhance these flavors.  We work with winemakers who practice organic farming and produce wines of high quality to complement the produce of this region.  We also look to other regions to select growers who possess a like-minded vision and focus on the complexity, yet simple and natural compatibility to our cuisine.  Building strong relationships and a dialogue with our wineries and guests is key.  Each wine has its place on the table and we look to celebrate the unpredictable

Corkage Policy

our corkage fee is $20 per 750ml for the first two bottles, $50 per 750ml for the next two and $75 per 750ml for any after.
